Composite filler "AHT Series"
Free sample available: Expect improvements in both rigidity and impact resistance mechanical properties!
The "AHT Series" is a composite filler made of talc and calcium carbonate. When only talc is added to olefin-based resins to enhance rigidity, it has the drawback of reducing impact resistance. This issue is resolved. The filler is dispersed at the primary particle size, allowing for the expected improvement of both the rigidity of talc and the impact resistance of calcium carbonate, which have opposing mechanical properties. Furthermore, because it is surface-modified with organic agents, it has excellent dispersibility, leading to improved workability. 【Features】 ■ Filler is dispersed at the primary particle size ■ Expected improvement of both opposing mechanical properties of talc and calcium carbonate ■ Excellent dispersibility and improved workability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
